Around 2,000 migrant workers from Kyrgyzstan work in South Korea, Social Fund Vice Chairman UIan Asanov said in an interview with Tazabek.

The Social Fund Vice Chairman said the government cooperates with South Korea in this direction.

The Social Fund and the National Pension Service of Korea earlier agreed to sign the memorandum of understanding regarding pension.

The two countries also agreed to draft a memorandum concerning acceptance of applications for payment of pensions.
