Heads of state bodies in Kyrgyzstan will be able to raise wages of employees for the productivity of their work. Government press office told Thursday.
The prime minister Joomart Otorbaev signed a decree, which will vest state bodies and local governments with the right to lift salaries for state employees, municipal workers and maintenance personnel for their effective works.
«Main goal of the reform is to create of a remuneration system of state and municipal workers of Kyrgyz Republic based on their work productivity. The heads of state bodies will have a motive not only to fill vacancies, but also to hire efficient employees», - the prime minister pointed.
