The national opposition movement has postponed its assembly of light and warmth planned in late September. “We are not ready yet to hold,” movement leader, MP Ravshan Jeenbekov told AKIpress.
“We can’t reach consensus on the agenda of the event – what issues should be included. Second, we want to invite not only opposition, but also all those interested in raising relevant issues in our country,” Ravshan Jeenbekov stated.
“The next 2 years will be difficult for Kyrgyzstan. This concerns not only prices, but everything. 2015-2016 are the years of conflicts over elections, ruined economy and paralysis of power. Geopolitical situation, world economy impact the country. For this reason we decided to postpone the assembly. Perhaps, we will hold it in October,” the lawmaker said.
