The air pollution in urban areas in Kyrgyzstan in July changed slightly compared to July. High and extremely air pollution was not observed, the Kyrgyz Meteorological Service said.
A slight decline in concentrations of nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen oxide, formaldehyde occurred in airshed of Bishkek. Air pollution with sulphur dioxide, ammonia remained unchanged since the previous month.
Air pollution in downtown Bishkek remains above average level. The average monthly concentration of sulphur dioxide made 0.06 of maximum permissible concentration, nitrogen dioxide made 1.5 of maximum permissible concentration, formaldehyde – 2.67.
