Foreign Minister of Japan Fumio Kishida will make official visit to Kyrgyzstan on July 16, the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan said.
The first visit of the Japanese Foreign Minister for the last 10 years to Kyrgyzstan is aimed to deepen bilateral relations, to strengthen political dialogue between two countries and to discuss relevant issues of socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation.
Foreign Minister Kishida will meet with President Almazbek Atambayev, Foreign Minister Erlan Abdyldayev.
Minister Kishida will participate in the 5th meeting of Foreign Ministers of Central Asia plus Japan Dialogue, which will be held at the ministerial level for the first time in Kyrgyzstan.
