"Our task is to prevent crime and create a safe environment," Prime Minister Sapar Isakov said at the Second National Conference entitled “Security and Crime Prevention Policy in the Kyrgyz Republic."
He said that the security issue is an important part for today, without which it is impossible to implement other areas.
"Within the framework of the Taza Koom project, the institutions of power and public life are being transformed. Do not focus only on the disclosure of crimes, our task is to prevent crime and create a safe environment. Such work should be carried out jointly," he said.
Isakov said that the issues of security that concern citizens include fighting corruption, reducing road accidents, protecting children. For this, according to the prime minister, effective work of law enforcement bodies is necessary.
"Today we need to study the best practices of foreign countries and work out ways to solve problems," the prime minister added.
