Parliament of Kyrgyzstan ratified the agreement between the governments of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border.
The agreement was discussed behind the closed doors on Sept.28.
The agreement proposing delimitation of 1,170.53 km of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border line was ratified unanimously in three readings.
The deal was signed during Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's state visit to Kyrgyzstan on September 5-6.
217 km (36 areas) of state border in Batken, Osh and Jalal-Abad regions remained undefined.
