For 7 months of 2017, the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF) financed 761 projects worth a total of $ 246 million, announced Kubanychbek Kulmatov, chairman of the Board RKDF during a press conference at Kabar Agency today.
According to Kulmatov, the portfolio of projects for the period was distributed as follows: 26% in the agro-industrial complex, 13% in the transport and logistics sector, 12% in the tourism infrastructure, 11% in the construction industry, 9% in the trade infrastructure , 8% in the processing industry and 2% in communications and information technology, mining and metallurgy, engineering, health infrastructure and other areas.
“The largest number of financed projects are in Bishkek - 235 sites. Then comes the Jalal-Abad oblast, which accounts for 123 projects and 115 projects for the Chui oblast. About 70% of the projects financed by the fund are located in the regions of Kyrgyzstan, " said Kulmatov.
