Water level at the Toktogul reservoir reached record high on August 18 amounting to 19.5 billion m3, the maximum volume of water the reservoir can fit, Electric Stations JSC said in a statement.
Water inflow into the Toktogul reservoir on August 18 amounted to 570 cubic meters per second at a water outflow of 405 cubic meters per second.
As of July 19, the water level at the reservoir stood at 19.325 billion m3, water inflow - 1,068 m3/s, outflow - 904 m3/s.
The water volume on June 16 was 17.229 billion cubic meters, the inflow - 1,424 m3/s, outflow - 342 m3/s.
On May 22, the volume stood at 14.723 billion cubic meters, the inflow - 1,688 m3/s, outflow- 217 m3/s.
On April 10, the water volume was 12.732 billion cubic meters, the inflow - 404 m3/s, outflow- 457 m3/s.
Toktogul reservoir is a hydroelectric and irrigation dam on the Naryn River in the Jalal-Abad region of Kyrgyzstan. It is concrete gravity dam with height of 215 meters and length of 292.5 meters. It is a part of the Naryn-Syr darya cascade.
