An exhibition of applied art products organized by the Congress of Women of Kyrgyzstan was held in Kyrgyzstan, with the participation of the spouse of French Ambassador Tatyana Roux.
The Congress of Women of Kyrgyzstan reports that, the Congress organized an exhibition of arts and crafts in honor of the upcoming Nooruz holiday. At the exhibition, President of the Congress of Women of the Kyrgyz Republic Zamira Akbagysheva, spouse of the French Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Tatyana Roux and honorary members of the Women's Congress Azhara Raimkulova, Elina Serdyukova, Erkin Abdyldaeva addressed with the welcoming speech.
Zamira Akbagysheva said that, for 24 years the Congress of Women of Kyrgyzstan implemented 65 projects, the main part of which is aimed at developing small and medium business in the country, providing jobs and, of course, supporting national and applied art. "Manufacturing of products is a complex, lengthy process, requiring a lot of time and hard work, inspiration. Exhibitions of this kind reveal the most talented masters, give an incentive for the development of their creativity, improve quality and create conditions for new ideas," she said.
The main guest of the exhibition Tatyana Roux looked at the work of the craftsmen with admiration, she was interested in how to make the products and of what. Tatyana Roux stressed the great potential of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and France, and that we have the opportunities that are opened in the future for the building up and development of arts and crafts. Tatiana Roux and Zamira Akbagysheva agreed to organize an exhibition of these products in France.
