In 2016, GDP growth in Kyrgyzstan is expected at 5.2%. Prime Minister Temir Sariev said today at the Coordination Council for Macroeconomic and Investment Policy.
According to him, due to the fact that each akim was tasked to open additional companies, over a thousand jobs were created. "Let it be small companies that create 5-10 jobst, but this creates a chain of added value. And GDP growth in 2015 was 3.5%, though was expected at 3.1%. In 2016, we expect GDP growth of 5.2%," said Sariev.
