Bishkek, February 7 / Kabar /. $ 20 million is planned to be invested in construction of a logistics center in Kara-Suu district of Osh region. This was announced during a meeting of First Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Tairbek Sarpashev and akim of Kara-Suu district of Osh region Tilekbek Matraimov, as well as heads of village councils of the district.
During the meeting they discussed an action plan for the Year of strengthening the national economy.
Sapashev told in detail about priorities in the work of local governments in terms of entering the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs Union.
Also, the First Vice Prime Minister proposed to submit for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic projects on construction of the logistics center, the development of drip irrigation and greenhouse agriculture.
At the moment we are working on construction of the first in Kyrgyzstan logistics center on an area of not less than 33 hectares. It will meet all modern requirements. For the construction of the facility it is planned to attract $ 20 million investments. We have potential investor. On the territory of the logistics center there will be a vegetable store with all the necessary conditions, he said.
First Vice Prime Minister supported the initiative of local authorities and said that the government will provide all necessary support to start-up and implementation of the project.
