The whole social sector needs reforms. Prime-minister of KR Damira Niyazaliyeva said in a briefing Monday.
She says, that one must focus on deficit of medical workers in the regions.
«Each region lacks 200-300 doctors. In villages people cannot have good medical services. There is a law «On status of a medical worker», which says, that a graduate whose tuition was footed by the state, should without fail go to villages to work for two years. The law has been working within two years, but is not functioning today. And local governments should arrange housing for those graduates, because nowadays young specialists are making very little», - said the minister.
